Masking and Taping  :

  • Tape Application : The gripper can apply plastic wrapping to high pallets that are otherwise unreachable by people on the ground.

Paint application : 

​

  • Roller and Brush Handling: The gripper can hold and maneuver paint rollers and brushes to apply paint to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, ensuring even coverage and reducing streaks.​​

- I initially faced difficulties as error keeps prompting
- After several tries and changing the block commands, finally it went the way i want.

TAPE APPLICATION WITH DOBOT MAGICIAN (TEACHING AND PLAYBACK)

- I initially faced difficulties with wires tangling and machine parts hitting objects during the wrapping process.
- To solve this, I "teached" the Dobot by manually adjusting its position each time it hit the object, using the white button on its arm to set a new desired location slightly further away from the object.
